Towards a carbon neutral circular economy: the case of RECODE
On 4th June 2021, as part of EU Green Week 2021, FlowPhotoChem joined the NUI Galway hosted Webinar 'Towards Zero Pollution in the Production of Green Fuels and Chemicals' alongside five other EU-funded research projects. Prof. Simelys Hernández of the Italian Institute of Technology presented the RECODE project at the EU Green Week Webinar.

RECODE project was one of the two main promoter and organizers of the first edition of the CO2oling the Earth training events. In fact, during the School, held on 5-6th September'19, it was determine to have other evnts and conferences dealing with CO2 reduction, reutilization, storage and so much more!
Securing a sustainable supply of raw materials is a key priority for the EU. Raw materials, such as metals and minerals or forest-based materials, have become increasingly important to the EU's economy, growth, and competitiveness.
Raw materials are particularly crucial for the development of modern environmentally friendly technologies and a strong European industrial base. Without them, there wouldn’t be any smartphones, laptops, or cars.
